DECs make your eyelids fold and stick together using liquid glue or tape to give the illusion of a double-eyelid.
These products are not only for people with monolids or demi-lids. DECs can be used to further enhance your double-eyelid, by increasing the length and depth of the eyelid fold.

Different types of DECs include liquid, one-sided tape, and double-sided tape. Each has its benefits that match the user’s eye type and preference.

•　Liquid DECs
You use liquid DECs by brushing on a small amount on your eyelid where you want to create a crease for your double eyelid. As the liquid adhesive dries, it becomes tacky, making your eyelids stick together. Because you can adjust how much and how big of an area you apply the liquid DEC, it works well with all types of eye lids. Plus, one bottle can last you 2-3 months with normal use, making it a huge steal!
Within Liquid DEC’s there are two types:

•　Latex Liquid DECs
This formula uses natural rubber. The liquid itself is white-ish when wet and dries clear. By retaining rubber’s natural flexibility, liquid DECs can support and conform to the shape and the movement of your eyelids, improving the user’s experience. However, it does not hold up well against water.
* Because it is a natural ingredient, there are some instances where the user may be allergic.

•Eyetalk: the basic liquid DEC. It is relatively easy to use, and highly recommended for beginners
•Eyetalk Excellent：Recommended for those with a thicker, heavier eyelid.

•　Acrylic Liquid DECs
Acrylic liquid DECs are transparent even before drying. Acrylic resin is used as a major ingredient. This is a strong adhesive; even as you are wearing it, you can feel its presence on your eyelids as it works.
Acrylic liquid DECs are usually waterproof (however, some products may produce non-waterproof acrylic DECs)
Because there are no natural ingredients (like rubber), those with allergies can also use these products.

・Eyetalk　Waterproof：Resistant to water and sweat.
・Pencil　Eyetalk：Convenient to carry.

•　One-sided Tape DECs
Once -sided tape DECs are used by sticking it onto your eyelid, almost like you’re hooking it onto your eyelid and folding it into the crease to create a double-eyelid. Because you are not sticking the folded eyelid to itself, it feels more natural. Unlike liquid DECs, there is no wait time while it dries, and because it’s just tape, it’s super easy to adjust the position and peel it off at the end of the day!

•Technical Eyetape：: A low-cost item with two sizes you can choose from (slim or wide), according to your eye-type and preference.
•Shadow On Eyetape: This tape is suitable for use with eyeshadow. With two sizes to choose from (slim or wide), this tape can be used according to your eyelid!

•Dream Magic Miracle Change Eyetape: With a width two times* the others, this product is recommended for those who find it difficult to achieve a double-eyelid with other eyetapes.

•　Double-Sided Tape DECs
Double-sided tape DECs uses adhesives on both side of the tape to stick the folded eyelid together to create the crease for a double-eyelid. Pros about this product is that it’s easy to use and makes a very clear double-eyelid crease. Some products caled ‘fibers’ are also double sided tapes that are ultra fine.
With tape DECs, the area of the adhesive is smaller, so those with thicker, heavier eyelids may find tape DECs difficult to use.

•　How to apply liquid DECs

* We recommend using DECs prior to applying your makeup!

⓵Decide the position of your double-eyelid crease
Use the plastic pusher to push in and lift your eyelid at a point about 6mm from the edge of your eyelid. Repeat this several times, moving along the line that will become the crease.

⓶Apply the liquid DEC
Brush on the liquid relatively thinly and narrowly, on and slightly around the crease position that you determined in step 1.

•　How to Apply One-sided Tape DECs
* Applying the tape DEC prior to putting on your makeup will ensure proper adhesion!

⓵ Decide the position of the double-eyelid crease line
Choose a spot 6mm from the edge of your eyelid, and push up and in with the plastic pusher. Move the pusher along the crease line to make a fold.

⓶ Put on the tape
Place the tape below the crease line that you created in step 1.

⓷ Push your eyelid in and up
Push in and up on the eyetape so that the eyelid folds over the section with the eyetape in place to create a crease for a double-eyelid.
